ORDER PROCESSING

Here at The Pica Spot we take Tremendous pride in every Product we make. We carefully craft Each Order individually on the day that it is going to be shipped out to ensure our customers with the best quality. For that reason, Please allow 4-5 business days for your order to processed. This does not include the day on which your order was placed or weekends/holidays.

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are shipped Via Usps Priority Mail or Usps First Class Mail.

Orders are shipped in the order they are received.

Shipping time estimates do not account for Weekends Or Holidays.

Shipping Rates will be shown during the checkout process prior to payment. Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and 1-5 business days after processing for delivery.

You will receive a tracking number within 48 hours after placing your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking number to become active.

Delivery times are determined by the USPS. Due to Covid-19 delivery times may change at USPS discretion.

Overnight Shipping is Not available at this time.

 International shipping is not available at this time.

 

 

LOST-MISSING-STOLEN PACKAGES

Once your Package is in the Hands of the USPS, The Pica Spot releases all Liability. 

 

The Pica Spot is not responsible for stolen or damaged packages. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided at the time the order was placed.

 

All of our Packages are tracked and insured. If your package is damaged, lost , or Stolen, You can go ahead and file a claim Directly with the USPS using the link provided below:

REFUND POLICY
